Exporting Segments

You can export segments to a disk file, for example, if you want to send a list of contacts to a marketing agency.

To Export Segments:

  1. Open the Segment window.

  2. Find the segment you want to export, and click Functions, Segment, Export File. The Export Segment Contact window appears.

  3. On the Options tab, in the File Name field, enter the name of the file you want to export the segment to.

  4. Click OK.

    The program exports the contacts to the file.

You can also export attachments from the Segment window by following the same procedure.
