This field contains the language code for the segment.
When you select a contact on a segment line, he will be assigned a language based on the following rules:
If a language code has been defined in the Segment Interaction Languages window which corresponds to the contact's preferred language, then the preferred language will be assigned to the contact on the segment line.
If a language code has not been defined in the Segment Interaction Languages window which corresponds to the contact's preferred language, then the language defined in the Language Code (Default) field in the Segment window will be assigned to the contact on the segment line.
To create a new segment interaction language from the segment header, select a language code that is not defined in the Segment Interaction Languages window.
You can also use the Segment window to create or modify the Subject and Attachment fields in the Segment Interaction Languages window.
