The Salutation Formula table contains the different salutation formulas you use to address your contacts.
You set up your salutation formulas based on the languages available in the Languages table, specify whether the formula is formal or informal, and use the Name 1 .... Name 5 fields to select the contact fields (Job Title, First Name, Middle Name, Surname, Initials and Company Name) for the salutation. You must specify both a formal and an informal salutation for each language and gender.
Salutation formulas can only be used in Microsoft Word documents.
