Resend Attachments Batch Job

With the Resend Attachments batch job, you can resend the attachments that the program has failed to send when logging interactions. To run the batch job, open the Logged Segments window and then click Functions, Resend, or in the Interaction Log Entries window, click Functions, Resend.

If you want to include more information, you can select additional fields to be included in the batch job. To do this, in the Field field, press F3, click the AssistButton and then select the relevant field(s). You can set filters on any of the fields. If you do not set any filters, the batch job will include all your records.

Click OK to start the batch job. If you do not want to run the batch job now, click Cancel to close the window.

To filter the information in the batch job, in the Filter field, fill in the relevant information as follows:

Interaction Log Entry tab

Logged Segment Entry No. field: Enter the numbers of the logged segment entries for which you want to resend the attachment.

Entry No. field: Enter an interaction log entry number if you only want to resend attachments linked to that particular interaction log entry.

Delivery Status field: Select a delivery status (In Progress or Error) if you only want to resend attachments linked to entries with that particular delivery status.

Correspondence Type field: Select a correspondence type (Hard Copy, E-Mail or Fax) if you only want to resend attachments linked to entries with that correspondence type.

Contact No. field: Enter a contact number if you only want to resend attachments linked to that particular contact.

Campaign No. Field: Enter a campaign number if you only want to resend attachments linked to that particular campaign.

Click the up-arrow in the lower left-hand corner of the window to see the table with the filters you have set for the batch job.

Options tab

Correspondence Type field: Select a correspondence type (Same as Entry, Hard Copy, E-Mail or Fax) to specify how you want the program to resend the attachment.
