When you exchange documents electronically with your BizTalk partners, you must indicate both the relevant rules of exchange and which type of agreements or documents you want to include in the BizTalk partner agreement for each specific BizTalk partner.
The BizTalk Partner Setup Header contains the relevant exchange rules for each BizTalk partner and the BizTalk partner setup lines contain data on the included types of agreements or documents, and indicates whether they are active.
The BizTalk partner setup header and the BizTalk partner setup lines are related to each other in the same way as Microsoft Dynamics NAV header and line tables are related to each other.
